On the 2nd of September a group of us from the committee will be travelling over to Wales to climb Mount Snowdon.

Mount Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales. It is 1,085 meters above sea level and the highest point in the British Isles outside the Scottish Highlands.

As a military charity committee we feel very passionate about our cause, Homeless Veterans. It is our goal to help raise as much awareness and donations as we possibly can. This is a charity very close to our hearts and we believe that no one, after having served in Her Majesties Armed Forces should be without support in their time of need, even after leaving the Military.

The Veterans Charity is a rapid reaction force of military charities and provides immediate needs support to hundreds of Veterans every year.

They supply essential items such as food shopping, clothing, household goods like kitchenware and single appliances, including mobile phones to aid communication.

During the last 3 years alone, they have provided essential items to more than 1100 Veterans and give guidance and advice to many more.

Please help us raise as much as we can so we can help this amazing charity do some truly worthwhile and life saving work.
