I am holding a charity even with live music and im shaving my head to raise money and awareness for Mental Health. Two years ago I lost one of the best friends I've ever had...a little insight to one of the reasons I'm doing what I'm doing.
Show a little kindness and show a little love. We all need to know it's there sometimes 💜
When you loose someone you love, you loose a part of you. And time doesn't make it better, nor do you forget it...however, you learn to live along side with it, you heal, you learn to feel grateful and blessed for the love you experienced.

So many people are suffering and struggling with mental health, this part of the medical world is completely underfunded and we are letting down the people who need help. Please show a little support and help me raise some money for this cause, but more than that, lets start talking about it. Lets start talking to each other, and lets try to help one another.

To my friends, to the people I know, to the people I don't know yet, to the people that I'll NEVER know, If you are struggling in the world, please know that I love you and I support you. YOU ARE LOVED. There are soooo many people who want you to live, and be happy! there are so many people waiting to love you, if you can let them 💜
