Story
So, my friend and guitar hero Dan Beesley has brain cancer, and as he was planning to use his brain for the foreseeable future he needs to do something about it. Unfortunately the experimental treatment he needs is not available on the NHS, and costs a whole £50,000.

He's already raised more than £30k with the generosity of many wonderful, resourceful people, friends, wellwishers and complete strangers. It's not much, but I'd like to chip in more than my own pocket change, so I'm planning to go sober for October...AND November (and anyone who knows me knows that's a big ask,) so any donations towards my efforts I can pass on to Dan and do my little bit to help kick his cancer in the bin.
So, who's going to help me help Dan, and give me some motivation to keep off the booze for 61 whole days?
