Jaidee was adopted in November 2016 after being spotted in the hospital at Soi dog in Phuket, Thailand. Jaidee had just had some surgery on her back leg but nothing stopped her running around like a loony and having fun.

Jaidee arrived in the UK and joined her other Soi dog sister and two other fur members. She has never been able to use her back leg to the full as sometimes running or jumping would hurt her and she would scream in pain. This has left her being restricted on a lead.

After 12 months of painkillers, muscle injections and a lot of love, sadly the specialist has advised that the easiest thing for her would be to amputate the leg. There unfortunately is no bone for any repairs and being and inch and a half shorter than her good leg, her hip and good leg will try and overcompensate and cause further damage down the line.

On the plus side, we are all hoping that she will be able to run around and bound again without any pain. All she wants to do is run.

Jaidee would appreciate anything that is donated to help with the cost of her amputation and help ease this just a little bit for her human. This is an expense that wasn't anticipated on top of all of her pain relief injections.

Any money not used for Jaidee will go to her brothers and sister back in Soi Dog, Thailand.
