Story
Baby Cleo was born on 13.04.17. She was 13 weeks early and weighed 1 pound 11. For 5 months she has fought for her life amazing everyone with how well she had done. Sadly the last fight was too much for her and she fell asleep last night. I feel so helpless but would like to do something to help her Mummy and Nanny - Hannah and Viv. Please give any amount that you can to help them with the funeral costs for baby Cleo and give her the send off that Hannah's little princess deserves ❤️❤️
