Story
Sophia and Oliver have decided they would like to raise money for charity by completing a sponsored litter collection. Sophia and Oliver will collect as much litter as they can from various locations across Sutton Coldfield each weekend during March. They are already passionate about our environment and enthusiastic about making positive changes. Please, if you can sponsor them, they have set themselves a target of £100 and they will appreciate any donation. They have chosen to donate any funds raised to a small pet rescue centre in Barwell where they have previously rescued a rabbit. They were both inspired by the kindness of those that provide all year round care to the animals. Thank you for taking the time to read this and any donations.

3 years agoAnother weekend another two litter collections. Today we have been by Wyndley and could not believe how much plastic waste there was. A further shocking discovery was a large sword, now safely in the hands of the police to be destroyed!

3 years agoSo it’s the first weekend in March and Sophia and Oliver have completed three litter collections in various locations in Sutton. They’ve filled six black bags so far with some interesting discoveries along the way. We’ve been shocked at just how much litter is dumped, it’s really quite sad! Thank you so much for all of the sponsors, it’s been overwhelming and it sure spurs them on to do their bit. Thank you!!!!
