My name is Sophie. I'm a Rainbow Leader with 1st New Tredegar Rainbows. I've been involved in Girlguiding since I joined Rainbows aged 5. I've been a pack leader and young leader with Brownies, as well as an assistant leader with Rainbows, Brownies and Guides both in Wales and in Scotland.

I have been select to be part of Girlguiding's Team Europe GOLD Team. We will be travelling to Estonia and Georgia in August/September 2018. GOLD stands for Guiding Overseas Linked with Development. The aim of GOLD is develop specific areas of guiding in the host country. Our project aims while we're away include, helping to restructure the national leaders training program, training trainers to deliver the program and recruiting new leaders and young members.
