By now, you will all know about R & J's devastating news and the loss of their precious baby. There are no words that could adequately express what they are going through and I know that all around will be trying to support them.

Most of you will know that R suffers from Fibromyalgia, a condition worsened by physical and emotional stress. Just the physical toll of birth will have a huge impact but this emotional trauma could trigger a debilitating relapse of R's condition.

I hope we are able to cobble enough funds to pay for a cleaner for a couple of hours each week, taking the extra burden off J and helping R manage a difficult condition. This is a time for them to spend together, not to worry about mundane things like cleaning.

No one ever really gets over having a stillbirth, but the coming months will be incredibly hard. They need to grieve, to try and adjust to this devastating loss. There is little any of us can do, except be there for them and adding support wherever and if we can. Everyone will want to reach out in there own way, this is merely a little practical support, so if you are able to donate, that's great.

If we raise £300, that is enough to pay for a cleaner for 2 hrs pw for 10 weeks. It would be amazing If we were able to organise enough support that they don't have to think about cleaning or ironing for the next few months. Lets see!
