My name’s Sophie Bland and on New Year’s eve when everyone is getting completely drunk and disorderly, I will be climbing Mount Snowdon to raise money for two incredible charities that are very important to me.

The amazing charities I have chosen are, Mind and IDONTMIND.com both which help to raise awareness and break the stigma of mental health issues, allowing people who may be struggling to get the help they need.

Currently in the UK 1 in 4 people suffer with a mental illness, please help me support these charities in their great and much-needed work by sponsoring me below.
