This is an urgent appeal to raise money for South Yorkshire Animal Rescue.

Have you ever found an injured or sick bird, squirrel, hedgehog or duck and not known where to go? Well, now you do. South Yorkshire Animal rescue care for a variety of Animals and then release them back into the wild when they are fit and able.

So far this year they have rescued over 60 hedgehogs and it is not even the busy season yet. This service is invaluable for this endangered species, as well as all wild animals.

They  also help provide vaccinations and veterinary care for sick and neglected animals, including cats, rabbits and chickens and help them find new loving homes.

However, it appears South Yorkshire Animal rescue will have to close at the end of 2017.  They are the only dedicated Wildlife charity in the area, this will mean that there will be no help available in Sheffield and surrounding areas.

We need to raise £3000 to enable the charity to continue its work and keep them running for as long as possible.
