Todd's Welfare Society (TWS) is a small NGO based in Lahore trying to improve the lives of street animals that sadly lead a life full of hunger, disease, sickness and abuse. There are no organisations such as the RSPCA operating in Pakistan and TWS is one animal NGO that tries its utmost best to help these poor animals.

Currently TWS is in the progress of vaccinating all of its cats plus spaying and neutering them. In future they hope to run a TNR programme spaying and neutering the strays of Lahore as this is the only humane solution in reducing the stray dog population. But currently they have started with those in their foster homes to avoid any unwanted pregnancies. Please note that the two cats in the photo are Fudge and Bella who both got spayed only this week. Bella was rescued from a breeder who had used her as a breeding machine without any care or thought for this poor cat, thankfully those days are well behind her now.

We have vet bills that need to be paid off as we have had cats that have been sickly recently. The cats have recovered but the medical and in one case boarding fees remain unpaid.

We have 17 cats that need to be fully vaccinated and are planning to get at least 4 cats spayed. Please do donate a small amount to help these cats as they are relying on your kindness
