For some bizarre reason I felt I needed to set my sights on a goal…..so on 5th March along with 8999 other runners I will be pounding the streets of Cambridge in this year’s Saucony half marathon. Why only half a marathon???....well for me this is by far the safer option, as over the years having completed 3 London marathons & producing a child after each effort, there quite simply is NO more room at the inn.

I have decided to put my efforts to good use & will therefore be running on behalf of Sphere’s charity of choice for this year ICU steps. A worthy cause which helps give patients & families the support they need when affected by critical illness.
