Every year since I was a child I have always asked Santa for something. Sometimes it’s been little things, other times it’s been big things like a house and every year he delivers in time for Christmas. This year I need your help in asking Santa for a small miracle.

It’s the wee hours of the morning and I cannot sleep. I am very worried about the future of Spirit Walker and my guides have told me that someone out there in the big wide world can help.

17 years ago I went on a course to become a spiritual practitioner and I was asked on the first day if I could have anything out of doing this course what would it be. Out of my mouth came, I would like a Healing Centre. As I said the words, I wondered how on earth I could have said that as I didn’t have a bean to my name. But I did have the dream.

I gave up my job as a midwife to follow my path and I created that dream in Spirit Walker.

However, like many businesses we have now hit bad times and we are now living from hour to hour, hoping that sales will pick up, so that we can pay our suppliers, rent and our small, but very welcome wages. Following discussions with our landlord, we have until the new year to turn things around.

So many of you have made the journey to come and see us over the years, that we feel really blessed, and always try to welcome you into our spiritual world with open arms. The kettle is always on, and our biscuit barrel is always full. We do ask for donations for this. which allows us to keep offering this service. Some of you pay, some don’t and that’s ok with us as we generally cover our costs.

Sometimes we have customers turn up just to soak up the energy. We can tell who you are, you arrive with a sadness in your aura and when we ask if you are ok, the tears brim to the surface, and we stop what we are doing, and listen, and give lots of hugs when needed. Many of you have gone upstairs to our meditation area and just sat for hours on end, sometimes we have even had to come upstairs just to see if you are ok.

We frequently hear from you that there are no other places like ours around, or that they have all closed down. Sadly, we may be the next ones to close our doors. I spoke to a lady just last week who said that it was 7 years since she visited us last, she said we must be doing well as we were still there. We were of course, very grateful that she came back to see us, but the truth of the matter is that when a customer visits us once in 7 years, it is not going to pay our massive overheads.

We have such lovely feedback and reviews from everyone who has ever been to visit us and it saddens me that it has now come to this. Sadly we are not on our own, there are many people in the same position as us but unless we all do something, then very soon there will be nowhere left for those in need to go.

I am sure many of you know that we have tried to play around with our opening hours as we felt we needed to have time to clear the backlog of stock, and get it up on the web, which we have managed to make a large dent in it. However, this did not help our financial situation, and we also had our customers complaining that we were not open when they arrived, so we have taken this on board and have re-opened six days a week. From the 25th of November until Dec 22nd we will be open 7 days a week from 11am until 3pm. Whether we re-open after the Christmas break is yet to be seen.

Spirit Walker grew into what it is today, and I can no longer run it by myself. I have a lovely team, who all work for minimum wage and never grumble, and I am so appreciative of them as I could not run it without their help. But even that money needs to come from somewhere. This money will also help keep them and me in a job, but more than that, it will help us continue to give our time, love and energy to Spirit Walker

If we cannot turn things around by the New Year, sadly, Spirit Walker Healing Centre will close its doors for the last time.

Our plan would then be to continue to run the online business and to continue with our courses but from a different venue which may even mean going back to basics and running them from home. So please do not worry if you have booked on a course, these will still go ahead as planned. It is just the physical shop and healing centre that we will have to close. For those of you who have never visited us or never planned a visit, then not much would change as we will still continue to run our online business but without the overheads of a physical shop and healing centre.

As a very last resort, I am being open and honest with everyone and asking for your help. It would greatly help if you could do your Christmas shopping with us, book on courses, book readings or if you can see your way to give a little towards keeping Spirit Walker going it would be greatly appreciated. If you cannot do any of that, maybe you could add us to your letter to Santa this year asking him to send us the necessary funding to keep Spirit Walker going for many years to come.

We have lowered our prices to the lowest they have ever been and slashed our courses and reading prices in half to encourage the cash flow to start coming in for us. If you feel we are doing something wrong, or our prices are not right please tell us so we can learn from it.

I would estimate that we would need around £77,000 to put us back in the black and have some over to buy new stock in bulk. The amount we need to raise is a little more to cover the just giving and PayPal costs. My vision would then be to then keep Spirit Walker Healing Centre going. The money would then allow us to lower our prices for healings and readings again, and keep our prices lower for you, both online and in the shop, as well as being competitive online. We have a mailing list of over 7500 people and a lot more customers who are not on our mailing list, if everyone were to buy a bit of Spirit Walker for £10 we could then start again and stay open for you.

In past years, I have sunk my entire pension into growing Spirit Walker. When times have been hard in the past, I have just added more of our own funds to keep us going through the bad times. At this time of year with the Christmas rush, we were always able to refund what we put in earlier in the year. Sadly all our personal funds are now gone for our own personal living expenses and I had nothing left to put into Spirit Walker to keep it afloat.

When a business is not bringing in what it expects to achieve, then it is quite easy to see how our overheads can then mount up. You may wonder why I don't take out a personal or business loan to fund this myself. Two years ago, we took out a large business loan to expand our stock levels so that our customers would have lots more stock available to look and to purchase when you came and shopped with us. As we are still paying this off, we cannot get any more cash advances at this time. Part of the £77,000 would go to clear that loan, so we will have a better cash flow in the future.

If you cannot help us, we would of course understand and would just ask that you pass this on so that maybe, just maybe, there is someone somewhere who feels they can help. My guides have been prompting me to do this for some months, but I am very independent and wanted to do this myself. But they are keeping me awake tonight so that I can set this up. There may even be someone out there who thinks they can do a better job at it than I did and want to make me an offer to buy me out.

Please, please share so that we can find the help we need.

I have started a crowdfunding page as a last resort. It will run until the 7th of January which is just over 7 weeks from today. 7 being the number of intent, and I am setting my intent as I open my heart to you all, that we can do this, if we can raise part of the money, then we may be able to keep the shop part open and close the upstairs which would cut down on our costs, if we cannot raise enough to do even that, then I will admit defeat revert back to an online company. This is such a big ask in such a short time, so please help if you can.

Over the years I have taught cosmic ordering and have always given examples of my own successes. Who knows I may be using this exercise as an example of another successful order, and the power of the people who love Spirit Walker in one of my courses next year.

Dear Santa

I have been a good girl this year and all I want in the whole world is to keep Spirit Walker Healing Centre going. If you can work your magic to make this happen, I promise to keep our prices to a minimum as a thank you to everyone concerned. So to be clear in my Santa list, I want to receive after Just Giving and Paypal expenses is £77,000 by the 7th January which is just over 7 weeks away. So we have 3, 7s there. Seven being the number for setting my intent and times it by three to manifest it into a reality. Always grateful and still feeling blessed.
