Story
Hi and thank you for looking at our page
So who are we and what do we do. Since March 2015 we have provided free static caravan holidays to disabled and terminally ill children and adults as well as victims of abuse and trauma
We have 3 caravans in chapel st Leonards and another one in Mablethorpe. each caravan is named after a young child that have sadly lost there life. Since march 2015 we have given away around 450 of these fantastic holidays and in 2017 we are looking at giving away at least another 300 more.
All of our holidays are free and we do not charge any thing to any of the guests that visit them. Each caravan costs sand sun and special needs around £3300 per year to run. This includes ground rent, gas, electric and water bills.
We have given holidays to people with autism to end of life with cancer. What these holidays tend to do is to give special memories to the families that most could never afford or some its the last holiday they have with there loved ones before they sadly pass away.
Without the support of you the public we will struggle to carry on. We are sorry to have to ask but any small donation you give here helps us to keep going and to keep putting the smiles on those faces that need us most.
You can find us by searching on Facebook sand sun and special needs also on Twitter or by searching our web site www.sandsunandspecialneeds.co.uk
