Ratho School Voice (the parent/teacher body of Ratho Primary School) is raising funds for Kit for Classrooms and funding the future of the School Choir
Myself (Stacey) along with Miss Sandeman, Miss Forrest, Mr Rae, Mr Welander, Lizzie Booden, Janice McIntosh, Michaela Muir & Vicki Adams (aka Ratho Rough Runners) and anyone else that would like to join our team will attempt to run the 5k Rough Runner obstacle event at Hopetoun House on Saturday 5th August to raise money for our school

The school Choir has risen up and achieved so much in the last 12 months winning the Spirit of Glee in 2016 and Winning the Regional Final in 2017. The Choir has helped so many of the children build confidence & resilience and a real sense of achievement, school & community wide. All this has been achieved with virtually no budget & no specialist music teachers. We want to raise some funds to enable the choir to take part in future events by helping them to pay for additional support Vocal/Choreography, Costumes & Transport.

We also want to provide our teachers with additional funds to help resource their classrooms to enable the best possible learning environment for both the teachers and children. Every classroom and its needs are different and those who know what would help and benefit them most are the teachers themselves.
