On November 16th at 23:59 I begin my ‘Escape From Meriden’ at 24 hour run where all participants start at Meriden in Coventry then run their own route as far as they like. My route is either going to be either 60 or 70 miles depending on how my legs are feeling. This will be my longest run to date and will certaintly be a challenge.

I’m raising money for an animal sanctuary called Footprints, which will be based in Staffordshire. This sanctuary is to help rescue small farm animals such as cows, sheep, pigs and chickens. All the donations will go towards the oney needed for the land rent aswell as importnat supplies need to set up the sanctuary such as housing, shelters and food supplies.
