Story
Staple Hill square has had a Christmas tree since 2013 and has been a great addition to the high street at Christmas. Unfortunately this year funds are tight and currently a Christmas tree will not be possible.
To have a Christmas tree in the square it cost approximately £2000 this covers:
Buying the tree, having it installed, decorating, dismantling after Christmas and removing and disposing of the tree.
Staple Hill at Christmas is an amazing place, and with Christmas On The hill approaching us in December im sure we would all love to see the huge tree in the square that we have had in previous years.

We discussed the Christmas tree at the youth club and young people asked to donate their subs to the tree fund. They're also asking Tesco to run a sponsored bag pack for next years tree!

Im a resident of Staple Hill and have lived in Staple Hill my whole life. The Xmas tree that has been such a great piece at Xmas in the square will be missed this year if we cant raise the funds needed for it.
