Story
A team at Steelite will be completing the National Three Peaks Challenge on 16th June 2018. We aim to raise a combined total of £1,500 for Alzheimer's Society, Douglas Macmillan and Steelite International’s Giving Something Back Community Fund.
This is a very demanding but rewarding challenge where we will attempt to climb the highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours. It will take in the summits of Ben Nevis (1,344 m or 4,409 ft.), Snowdon (1,085 m or 3,560 ft.) and Scafell Pike (978 m or 3,209 ft.). The total distance walked is estimated at 44 km (27 mi), with a total ascent of 9,800 feet (3,000 m).
Please dig deep, every penny counts - your donations are greatly appreciated - thank you very much!
The Steelite Team.
