On the 3rd June I'll be swimming, cycling and running to raise money for dogs in need at Deva Half Ironman triathlon. Thank you for anything you can give to help these dogs, as if we don't help them nobody will.

Well Done. Great time although those few seconds would REALLY annoy me... :) My only reason for saying I'm not done with marathon running (okay mine were more than a few seconds over 4hrs)
