Story
Emy and lola (7years old) are running 40miles ( 64km) in 41days starting 7th july, this doesnt include there athletics training, tartan touch at rugby or general play purely distance measured runs.
Myself and their brother dylan (13) will join them on most runs.
We will end this changelle with myself doing an extra 10km and the kids doing 2km on Sunday 2nd Sep 🤗
