Weʼve raised £1,620 to REPAIR ST MARY’S HARLINGTON CHURCH BELLS

Funded on Thursday, 23rd July 2020

    Story

The church bells have been silent since the beginning of March due to an electrical fault. They have been described as ‘the beating heart of our village’ and are certainly an important part of its fabric. I miss them and I am sure many other residents do too. The church needs our help to fund the repairs and I would ask everyone to kindly donate here, no matter how much, in order that we might hear them again as soon as possible. The target has now been reached, but the minimum page duration is 30 days, so this appeal will end on 23rd July. You may still donate if you wish up to that date. Any surplus on this particular job to fix the bells will be held for future work which they might require. It won't be used for anything else.
