Those who know me well will tell you that I am not great with heights...at all!

I'm pushing myself well out of my comfort zone by agreeing to abseil down the face of Stockport Town Hall on Saturday 25th March...eek!

However, it is for a two fantastic causes (St Ann's and the Samaritans) so please give generously if you can spare anything at all.

And if I do faint then the can always just lower my body down (that counts btw!).
