Olivia and Rachael here! We'd firstly like to introduce ourselves to you; we co-founded Stones Theatre Company in May 2015 and have directed and produced theatre alongside our degrees. When we started studying in Drama (Olivia) and English Lit (Rachael) at Oxford Brookes University in 2014, we were able to follow a specific dream I'd had for a long time, approaching Rachael was the start of our company. We proceeded with the intention of providing a platform to develop our skills, further our experiences, and produce professional quality theatre in an amateur environment. We're incredibly passionate about making the best theatre possible and experimenting with contemporary ideas. The success of our last productions has taught us so much and made us more excited than ever to make our third production the best yet.

Our fourth play; 'Radiant Vermin' by Philip Ridley follows a couple in their late twenties who are expecting a baby and living on a council estate. One day receive a letter from the government's Dream Home scheme and they are offered a brand new perfect home with no financial catch. The ever mysterious estate agent tells them it's all theirs; they just have to renovate it themselves. This is a is darkly humourous and wickedly funny play which asks the question; just how far would you go to get on the property ladder?

We have secured a performance at Pegasus Theatre, Oxford on Saturday 6th May 2017 and we are hoping to transfer the production to fringe venues in London and around Oxfordshire.
We are asking for any donation, big or small, to help us on our way to bringing a professional, contemporary piece of theatre to the Oxford scene.

The donations will mainly go towards securing further venues and being able to pay our actors.
