Hello!

My name is Subuola Oyeleye. My friend Zainab and I are raising money to donate and install 4 Air Conditioners at a Psychiatric Ward in a hospital in Lagos, Nigeria (Due to confidential and legal reasons we can not disclose the name of the hospital).

Currently in the ward, the alternative to Air Conditioners are ceiling fans. In the past, there have been multiple cases where patients have used these fans in attempt to commit suicide ( some of which have been successful). Having interned at the ward, I feel that replacing these fans with air coonditioners will create a more conducive environment for patients to heal and also reduce the number of suicidal attempts on the ward.

Zainab and I have decided to raise money to replace these ceiling fans with 4 Air conditioners (1 for the male ward, 2 for the 2 female wards and 1 for the patients recreation room) and we'd love for you to make a donation - as little as you can - so we can go forth with this project.
