My friend Cath Cooper was diagnosed with MND recently . She has a husband and 3 year old Daughter Lowri. Myself and my partner are trying to raise as much money as possible to help them all have a better quality of life through this very difficult time so myself and my partner are going to attempt a gruelling 185 mile cycle ride From Cardiff all the way to the top of Snowdon! . I really appreciate your support and sponsors , everything counts , no matter how small xxxxxxxxx
