    Story

Suffragette City is an annual club event that takes place in Manchester in celebration of International Women's Day.

We highlight female, trans and non-binary DJ talent and raise funds for local grass roots charities supporting women and gender minorities.

12 months on from our last party, which was one of the most magical nights out we've ever had, Suffragette City is back as a streamed 12-hour event on Saturday March 6th.

We are excited to be streaming from The Refuge in Manchester and the Carlton Club in Whalley Range (in conjunction with Club Solo), and we thank them for their support.

We will be raising money for:

    Saheli Asian Women's Project

Saheli Asian Women’s Project provides advice, information and support services to Asian women and their children fleeing domestic abuse and/or forced marriages.

The Proud Trust' s Femolition Squad

The Proud Trust is a life saving and life enhancing organisation that helps LGBT+ young people empower themselves, to make a positive change for themselves, and their communities. We are supporting Femolition Squad, a group for trans feminine young people.

    Emmeline's Pantry - a foodbank with a difference

Emmeline’s Pantry is entirely volunteer led by a dedicated group of women and supporters who started out in a hallway providing clothes to women. Five years on, the foodbank now provides food, clothes, toiletries and baby items to women in need and their families.

    Stockport Without Abuse

SWA is a local charity offering a range of services to help and support women, men and children who are affected by domestic abuse.
