Thank you for taking the time to read our JustGiving page. There's no easy way to put the following into words.

Back in April 2018, our gorgeous nephew London was admitted to hospital after a seizure. After multiple scans and tests, he was diagnosed with Grade 4 Highly Aggressive Embryonal Cancer in the brain. A mass was found, in which the doctors at Jack Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami, Florida, had removed. In order for this tumour to stay at bay, London is now undergoing 3-6 months of high dose chemo therapy. There is a 65% chance that this will help stop it from returning.

As you can imagine, it has come as a shock to everyone and has hit our family hard over the last month. We are however staying strong and trying to stay in high spirits for our incredibly clever, brave and charismatic nephew.

Our brother Dave is having to work to support them all in this terrible time, traveling back and forth, and our sister-in-law Kelly is staying with London in the hospital, therefore no longer working and sustaining the income during his therapy. We ask that you help them with the costs of USA medical bills for London's therapy and recovery. Anything you can spare will help!

We will be completing challenges and organising social events over the next few months to support with the fundraising. Up first, Jack and a friend will be climbing Snowdon on the 2nd June. Hayley will be climbing it with Sam and a few others too on the 16th June. After climbing Scafell Pike a few years ago, it is no easy feat! We will attempt to climb to the summit and down again in under 6 hours. Wish us luck!
