Story
Romano Haughton had so much to live for. He had just turned 23 years old, he was enjoying life with his beloved girlfriend and young son. He and his family were also looking forward to the birth of his baby girl at the end of August. A horrific car accident on July 29th (Jamaica) left Romano unconscious with devastating and life changing injuries . Against the odds Romano regained consciousness and was even able to talk to his family who rushed to be with him by his bedside. Sadly the next morning Romano died in hospital, from negligence after being left unattended on a hospital ward when he should have been in intensive care receiving quality care. (July 30th 2017).
Romano’s untimely death has left his family & friends heartbroken. This fun-loving young man worked hard to give his son and unborn daughter the best start he could. On behalf of Romano’s family, I am asking that a donation no matter how small ( considering that nothing is too small) be given to support his 2 young children and girlfriend who need generous helping hands to help rebuild their lives and a new home without him.
Please don't read and run - even if you can share this link among your friends and family on social media that too will be very much appreciated.
Thank you all in advance for what can only be described as an act of human kindness xx

7 years agoDear Supporters, We are truly melting from the kindness you have shown, I never knew much about crowdfunding until a friend at work had mentioned it. I think it’s an excellent way to reach out and support a genuine cause. I personally have developed a fondness of the just giving page and I’ve decided that I will commit an amount every month to support others just how you have supported my cause. You are amazing people – I wish the very best for you Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I will continue to update - Much Love Mx Mx

My name is Michelle Jackson- Marshall, this appeal is so very close to my heart as Romano is the nephew of my husband. This urgent situation for financial help called for some drastic action so I decided to appeal for help to allow the family to grieve without the added stress.
