Hi! I'm a special needs teacher working in Cornwall at a special needs school. Anyone who knows me will know how passionate I am about my job and the pupils I support and teach.

I have the amazing opportunity to volunteer and support a special needs orphanage in Peru for 2-3 weeks in the summer break!

My roles will include sharing ideas and resources, making resources, providing care, physical therapy, education, vocational skills-development, recreation and stimulation and working 1:1 with the pupils. My role will be to work closely alongside the staff to promote better health and wellbeing outcomes, while supporting them to engage in a cross-cultural learning exchange for the people I'll be working with and caring for.

On top of this I would loooooove to put together a suitcase of resources (therapy equipment, sensory toys, visual communication aids) to take with me to give to the orphanage.

I need your help to make this dream a reality! Any small donation you can make is one more resources I can take with me for the children out there. I want to do everything I can to make the most difference I can.
