Story
It is devastating to see what is currently happening in the Eastern borders of Europe due to the war and the humanitarian crisis that no doubt will have long term effects for generations onwards. This is not unique to Ukraine as many conflicts have occurred recently across the world, each with their tragic effects.
We are a group of doctors and surgeons from across the globe who proudly stand in solidarity with those who are suffering as a consequence of war and conflict anywhere in the world.
Because all wars are evil, and all war victims deserve support
We believe that everybody has the right to the highest standard of treatment possible ,for any condition, no matter what. Obviously, war circumstances makes delivering this care particularly challenging (to say the least), not just for our colleagues in the affected countries but also for neighbouring countries tackling refugee crisis’. In order to try and help overcome this, we are fundraising to help provide medical equipment and aid to where it is needed most in places disrupted by war, through working with known surgical associations and charities.
So please, donate what you can as even a little goes a long way as we try and support the rest of our society during this tough time for them.
