I struggle on a daily basis with depression & anxiety..& just before xmas 2017 i suffered a breakdown where i ended up asking my GP for help who then referred me to see a counsellor, i was also in contact with the samaritians. i was really impressed with the immense support i received during this terrible time. I feel i want to say thank you & raise as much money as i can by part taking in a charity skydive with my work colleagues from Tesco coventry cross point:)
