Sue is currently having respite care at St Luke's Hospice with a view to travelling to Germany when strong enough. Any further updates will shared with you all when available. Thank you all so much for your generosity.

After the mammoth fund raising event last weekend spear headed by Tracy Brown & family I'm delighted to report that nearly £800 was raised towards getting our Sue to Germany. The need for her to get to Germany has intensified following her hospital visit last week. The cancer is advancing & the consultant has taken her OFF the Immunotherapy trial here. The news was a devastating but not unexpected blow to Sue - so quite bluntly Germany really is her only hope now. She remains positive so lets just keep trying to raise more funds - £1 at a time!

Unfortunately our lovely friend Sue Sutherland is in Basildon Hospital after being admitted with intense stomach pains and colitis type symptoms. She has spent the last few days in Assessment unit on a heart monitor etc. She has today been transferred to Orsett Ward but still awaits a CT scan - 3 days waiting now!!! It is possible the Immunotherapy trial has caused this flair and may have to be discontinued - in these circumstances Germany is her only hope. So I'm asking you yet again to share this - you've all already been so fab!! Thanks
