Dance is an excellent cure for your body and soul! Movement and dance help with body awareness and relax our minds. When a body responds to the sound it also makes us being aware of the surrounding space, which involve gross and fine motor control.

I am a SEN teacher and Art projects coordinator in the school I work for. Living in Malvern made me think there aren’t that many opportunities for young adults with SEN and physical disabilities to go out and engage in something they would enjoy in the evening; therefore I decided to voluntarily run drama based dance sessions in the Cube, Malvern. First taster session will take place during the next half term in May. To make it happen, unfortunately I need to pay some fees. Please, if you would like to make a difference in disabled young adult's life - HELP and make it happen! Thank you in advance 😊
