Myself and Sheffield University Netball Club are taking part in Sheffield's SPIDERWALK. Essentially it is a 13 mile night hike through the Peak District in order for us to raise money for our chosen charities: Sheffield MenCap and Jessica Hope Foundation, two very worthy causes.

Sheffield MenCap provide services and support for people with learning difficulties and their families. They aim to make sure all people with learning difficulties in Sheffield feel valued, included and respected.

The Jessica Hope Foundation was set up as tribute to Jessica. It aims to promote awareness for the signs and symptoms of brain tumours in children and young adults and also to fund vital research into the treatment of children and young adults.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated whether it is £1 or £5. Please, please, please donate as generously as you can for these two incredible charities. Many thanks in advance xxxx
