Tameside Armed Services Community
Tameside Armed Services Community (TASC) are a non for profit community based organisation in Tameside set up three years ago to assist and inform on the delivery of the Armed Forces Covenant in Tameside.
With over 7500 ex-service personnel in Tameside, TASC works collaboratively with the council to support veterans in our community.
To celebrate the forthcoming anniversary of seven years of the Covenant in Tameside and three years since the formation of TASC, there will be a team running in the Tour of Tameside to support the work of TASC.
The team will comprise of serving Reservists, a military veteran and an Armed Forces Covenant officer, the team have a full spectrum of experience and ability.
