Weʼve raised £0 to my little dog need operation for slip disc. I don’t have money for this. The vet say I have to put him for sleep. please help me.

Story
My little friend have problem whit slip disc. He cant walking, he cant do nothing. Playing and running like before. The vet say just two ways to help him. Operation which will cost 4000 pound or put him for sleep. I dont have this amount. I am single mum whit 2 children , i working part time. And this cost is unbeliveble for me. Please if any one can help me. We dont want lost our best friend.
