This year Team Dualta will be participating in Liverpool Spring 10 K , on Sunday 6th May.

We aim to raise money for 2 charities based in Liverpool that support many people from our communities.

Sláinte Le Chéile: Health Together is a health and wellbeing project set up to improve the lives of Irish and Irish Traveller Communities in Liverpool. Sláinte Le Chéile have supported over 700 people in making positive lifestyle changes.

Irish Community Care: An organisation that identifies and responds to the needs of Irish, Irish Traveller and Irish Heritage communities across Merseyside and beyond. Their ethos and values are to inspire, to care, to connect, to include, to challenge to create positive futures.

Every donation can really help raise awareness of both causes and help us to reach our target of £300.
