Story
Team Risky, consisting of Adrian Robinson, Chris Tabersham, Michael Clark and Daniel Aley, are taking on the monumental challenge of cycling 1000 miles in 10 days from Land's End to John O'Groats.
The 4 novice cyclists and their 4 new bikes will undertake the challenge of cycling from the bottom of England to the top of Scotland from 10th September and they would love your support!
So why are they doing this crazy journey and putting themselves through the undoubted pain and suffering? Well, it is a personal cause that is close to many people's hearts.
Early last year their great friend James Risk was tragically diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer just days after his adorable twins Harry and Evie were born.
Despite putting up a brave fight, James passed away a few months later. After their birth he never spent more than a couple of days away from the hospital or hospice so never really got to experience the wonder of fatherhood, something that he had desired for many years.
James would have given everything he had to his twins to ensure they had the best possible start in life. So in his honour the Harry and Evie Fund has been created and this epic ride is being attempted to raise as much money as possible to help them on their way.
No family or children should have to experience what the Risks went through and this is just a small way that a group of friends can show their support.
This is by far the biggest physical and mental challenge the four guys have attempted and more than likely the hardest they ever will.
Please support them and the twins by donating as much as you can.
Thank you for reading the page and for your support!

7 years agoWe would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated to our page. We are 5 days in, so half way there and we have have been overwhelmed with the support so far. None of us expected to challenge to be so hard and painful so the generous donation and words of support are truly helping us push those pedals when the going is getting tough each day. Thank you everyone!
