Hi, and thanks for visiting our JustGiving page! 5 of us from Costa Carlisle Clocktower have signed up to take part in our regional Costa Foundation 10K Twilight Walk on August 30th in Gretna with a number of others from our area!

"We're walking 10km, so the children don't have to"

The Costa Foundation is helping to build schools and change the lives of children in coffee-growing communities across the world.

The number ten holds a great significance this year as it marks the Costa Foundation's 10th Year Anniversary, whilst 10km is the distance that many children have to walk to get to school in many remote coffee growing communities across the world.

To date, the Costa Foundation has funded the construction of over 70 school projects in 9 countries, which has given over 60,000 children the opportunity to gain access to a quality education. This year, we hope to build on the success we have had so far with the Twilight Walk, our most inclusive fundraising event yet. There will be multiple walks taking place nationwide, all starting at a local Costa store, with each route being designed to showcase the local scenery during the twilight hours.
