    Story

Jacob Fradgley is a 15 year old lad living in Nottinghamshire UK. He has been diagnosed with Metastatic Ewing Sarcoma which as a very rare cancer affecting just 30 children in the UK every year.

Jacob has already started his chemotherapy to treat the tumors in his pelvis, legs, spine and on the top of his head.

We are fundraising to help the family cope with the costs associated with the treatment including multiple stays in hospital over the next year.

Every penny is going into an account and will be used entirely for Jacob to make his journey easier and give him a goal for recovery.

Jacob is a fit and active lad and dreams of joining the armed forces.

His mum Samantha, his sister Leah and Grandma Julia are fighting every step of the way with Jacob

Please help as you are able. This is a massive stress on this young family.

    Thank you so very much

Results are back... Over all a good response all the Metastatic's have gone and the primary in his pelvis can hardly be seen. Fantastic news. However the pet scan have revealed quite a few spots on his lungs. They could be in an infection, so he's on antibiotics for 2 weeks and then another CT scan. The chemo cycle 2 has started. Bitter sweet results today. We'll carry on fighting. My boy Jacob Fradgley I love you with all my heart and I'll be there no matter what. I'm so proud of you. Thank you everyone, you are always greatly appreciated

Just saw you speak on a Sky New show about how UC has affected your family. I wish I could give more at the moment but, still, hope it helps a little bit. All the best to your beautiful family.
