@TeamSuperIzzy is fundraising to help in Isabelle's daily battle with a devastating form of Mitochondrial Disease called Leigh's Syndrome. Whilst she has received the best medical care available in this country we want to ensure that she has access to the equipment, therapists (such as specialist physio - this really helps!) & treatment she needs to make her life a bit better one small step at a time.

6 years agoThank you so much to those that have donated to @TeamSuperIzzy already, over £100 in just a few hours. The kit is being readied for C2C this weekend, team shirt looking awesome and we are even due for some sunshine ☀️. Wish me luck 😬.

6 years ago@TeamSuperIzzy's fundraising page is finally a go! So, what's this all about I hear you ask!? The bottom line is that Izzy has been supported so incredibly well by the National Health Service and all of the staff at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children (Sick Kids) in Edinburgh. However, there are treatments and equipment that will change her life for the better that she currently does not have access to. We have a couple of plans for equipment and treatment that I will update you on later this week, so stay tuned. Thanks for reading, Rick.
