Teversham Playgroup has a strong ethos of learning through play.
It prides itself on providing a warm and caring environment where children are valued as individuals and can learn and develop at their own pace.
Teversham Playgroup is a registered charity (reg. charity no. 1032290), situated within the grounds of Teversham Church of England Primary School, with a 45-year history of providing high quality pre-school education to the children of our parish.
Teversham Playgroup has the community at its heart and depends almost entirely on the goodwill and generosity of local people for its continued success.
The playgroup is run by an enthusiastic and dedicated committee of local volunteers, who would be delighted to welcome any donations in support of the work they do in nurturing Teversham’s youngest citizens and in preparing them for their transition to school.
The playgroup is particularly keen to invest in outdoor toys and play equipment to enable the children to enjoy the outdoor space in a safe environment. Their BIG DREAM however is to update and replace their existing building.
Thank you for helping us ensure that Teversham's children get the most out of their pre-school years and that Teversham Playgroup continues to grow from strength to strength.
