Story
Cllr Ellen Crumly, Town Mayor of Thatcham is attempting to swim the distance of the English Channel- a whopping 33km! 6 years agoI'm delighted to announce that I have just completed the last few lengths and have now swum 33 km in total in a swimming pool- the distance of the English Channel! All lengths have been verified by a member of staff. As you can see I'm slightly short of my target and so if you can share this among friends, family and colleagues I will be very grateful. The Rosemary Appeal Dialysis Unit is a lifesaving asset which will affect many people in our town and Young People & Children First looks after those most vulnerable needing a start in life.
