Story
The Bell Inn has operated as a thriving pub at the heart of Yarpole for many years.
Unfortunately the pub closed in 2018 and was at risk of being sold for residential development.
We formed the Mortimer Community Benefit Society which has secured the ownership of The Bell Inn and plans to reopen it as a business in the village.
We hope this will safeguard the future of the Bell Inn as a community facility for many years to come.
If you would like to support us we are actively seeking funds to help pay the short-term loans we've had to take-out in order to purchase the pub - you can either make a donation or become a shareholder in the pub, full details on our website The Mortimer CBS Ltd
