The Circle G Foundation needs YOUR help as we try to raise funds to donate to our nominated cause this year which is music therapy and specifically the two charities we hope to be able to donate to Jessie’s Fund and Music Moves Mountains.

We are struggling to sell enough tickets to make our two day fundraising event viable and if this proves to be the case then we would still very much like to be able to make our annual charitable donation in Elvis’ name.

BUT….as a non-profit organisation we are not like businesses who organise events. We do not have money stashed away in a bank account to fall back on. WHY? Well, quite simply because every penny that is raised through ticket sales over the amount required to pay the event overheads is donated to charity in Elvis’ name. Over the years we are very proud to have raised over £10,000 donated to charitable causes and sponsored the Historic Marker at The Circle G Ranch…thank you to all of you who have supported us in doing that.

For the last 15 years we have funded the running costs of The Circle G Foundation from our own pockets along with overheads relating to decorations etc for events. We have never asked for help with this and will not do so.

This year we have worked really hard to put together an amazing two day event on 18th and 19th October. The problem we have is that support for the event has been poor and ticket sales slow. We realise that October feels a long way off BUT we have to pay the venue balance very soon.

If we do not raise sufficient funds in time for us to pay the balance due on the venue/food bill or we do not sell the required number of tickets to make the event viable then we will have no option but to cancel the event.

If we do have to make that decision WE WOULD STILL LIKE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A DONATION TO THE TWO MUSIC THERAPY CHARITIES WE HAVE FEATURED THIS YEAR. If sufficient funds are not raised to split between the two charities we hope to support (Jessie’s Fund and Music Moves Mountains) then the donation will go to The Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation.
