This Saturday 9 September I will take part in The Great River Race and complete a course of 21.6 miles or 33.8 kilometres. http://www.greatriverrace.co.uk/. I'll be rowing in a Maltese Gondola from Millwall (Canary Wharf) to Ham near Richmond. I'll be rowing with Angela & Peter, plus my three Team Keane Sculling School buddies Andi, Polly and Sarah.

We would love to raise money to support Neil & Bex and all the staff at The Coffee Traveller. Their shop was ram-raided last year and now they have taken a much greater hit, as their van (used at markets and events) has been stolen with lots of equipment. We don't know if they will be able to recover from this and as a community we have embraced this place from the start. It's that bit of glue and sparkle that gives a community its cohesion.
