Myself and my wonderful husband Rick are running Manchester Marathon on 7th April 2019. We are not runners and have never done anything like this before (and possibly never again!)

Myself and Rick are raising money for Barnsley Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis. BSARCS is the only group in Barnsley offering specialist services to people whose lives have been affected by rape, sexual abuse, sexual assault or any kind of sexual violence. I work as part of The Wellbeing Advocacy service at BSARCS and work alongside a small and incredible team of therapists, counsellors, ISVA's, CHISVA's and a fantastic administration team. BSARCS' mission is to listen to and believe survivors and aim to raise awareness and understanding of sexual violence.
