FOOD
-tinned e.g. tomatoes, beans etc.
-dried e.g. pasta, rice etc.
-tea/coffee/sugar/UHT milk

TOILETERIES
-toothbrushes/paste
-soap/shampoo
-sanitary items

CLOTHES/UNDERWEAR/SOCKS
BOOKS
BOTTLED WATER
MEDICAL EQUIPEMENT
SPORTS EQUIPMENT

This is direct social action as a result of voluntary work and fundraising.
