Stop Men Dying Too Young

I'm raising awareness of men's mental health issues through the Movember campaign, growing a (most likely hideous looking) moustache throughout the month of November and doing my best to get people talking about this issue.

I'm also raising funds to directly support a charity I volunteer for: "The Mankind Project UK & Ireland".

The Mankind Project provides a range of training courses and a network of support. Men come to the ManKind Project either because they want to change something or because they feel something is missing in their lives.

The first training every man takes is The Adventure (The New Warrior Training Adventure) – a stand-alone, long-weekend training which often transforms a man’s life for the better. It also equips a man with the personal tools and skills he may use for resilience and mental wellbeing in his own life, work and the communities in which he lives. Men may also choose to join one of the many local men’s groups in the UK and Ireland, or participate in the on-line community.

Your funds will support subsidised places to be offered on The Adventure weekend, helping those on low or no incomes access this great resource and potentially life changing experience.
