We are aiming to raise money to help support families who have lost a baby during pregnancy or in the post natal period after. We will help to pay for items needed in the daisy room such as cuddle cots, blankets and outfits for the babies if the parents do not have any. We are also aiming to start a monthly support group to allow families the opportunity to talk about what has happened. We would like to aim to get a counselling service at Kingston Hospital to support these families after their loss.
There are so many things that need funding, even the little things like tea and coffee in the daisy room, photography paper etc. This will help the staff to provide the families with everything they may need during this tough time.
